Causal "get to know you" type of thing, when are you graduating, what unit would you like to be on, what campus, why NYU, etc. They said I should hear back from someone by the end of the month about scheduling an interview with the manager but nothing yet. I've heard from people in the past they really drag out the hiring process LOL!!

So I havent recieved a phone call but I talked to a recruiter and they said to contact her around three weeks before graduation for a phone call. However, I was thinking of waiting until the week of April 15 since that will be like the one month mark since the application came out! Also my application says "Under Review" now.

If your application does not say "Under Review" are you automatically not moving on to the next step?

No. They haven't started interviewing yet really so they haven't looked at all applications. Mine says under review but thats only because I directly reached out to a recruiter and afterwards she said to reach back out at the end of the month anyway
