You have a full physical including some blood work to check titer levels. You have to bring your vaccination record. Then for HR you need to bring your licenses, Paperwork for your I-9, some signed paperwork they send you and your diploma or a sealed transcript.they detail it all in An email they send you prior. You also get your picture taken for your ID badge

Did they request that anyone else send a sealed copy of their transcript to HR? On top of showing their diploma at their prehire meeting. They told me every new grad is required to provide an official transcript, but I've never heard of anyone else having to do this.

No I showed my diploma and that was enough for them. She didn't ask me for anything else

Did anyone sign an official contract yet? I signed whatever was needed during the physical and the meeting with the recruiter, but I don't think I signed an official contract yet.

No I was just going to ask someone that. I thought I would sign one during the meeting with the recruiter to hand in the pre-hire documents but nope. When do we actually sign a contract?

Haha finding out about gym discounts has been one of my top questions. We definitely get one, because I asked during my physical but she wasn't sure how much we get reimbursed.

I don't know about reimbursement but under the perks section of our onboardinf website it says we get a $49 a month gym membership to NYSC.
