Hey, this is super duper early but I figured we could get some questions, fears, or concerns talked through until March 1, 2021, for priority or April 1, 2021, for the regular decision to NYU's ABSN 15 month program for non-nurses. Please don't be afraid, Please share stats if you are comfortable doing so. It really does help cohorts after us figure out strengths and weaknesses to be better applicants. Hey, after all, It's all about helping each other out at the end of the day, right! Don't be shy, talk about where you're from and things you may be worried about for the application process. As well as other schools you might be applying for!

Honestly the wait time isn't that bad for NYU. I applied to Columbia and they made me wait 4 1/2 months for a decision, and they were even worse about communication and giving us a timeframe.
I have to assume that no one on this forum has any changes for today. Last week by this time many had already seen changes on the portal and Albert. Unless we are not getting any news today. But then next week is a holiday. 86 people on facebook thread. Im starting to feel defeated but hoping for a miracle.

Yea being the next Monday is a holiday I doubt you would be getting a decision that day
so I called today and was directed to an admissions advisor since I have a student id in my bursar page and a nyu email set up with NO ACCEPTANCE or REJECTION or WAITLIST letter. he said it was “weird” but wouldn’t look up my student id numbers because I’m still “under review”. I just want to know at this point if we got in already. it’s starting to get annoying and concerning considering next Tuesday is June 1st

They did give a timeline though to most people who inquired. They said Mid April to Mid June and we are not yet out of that time frame. 2 months is average time for schools to release decisions. We just have to try to relax and distract ourselves
