I am looking into applying for the NYU ABSN Fall 2016 program. I was wondering if anyone had any helpful tips and thoughts on what I should know when applying for the program.
Thanks I really like it because my undergrad was nutrition and they go hand in hand. I'm not sure what I would want to specialize in if I did NP, but cardiology would definitely be up there :) what about you?
that's great! I have a special place in my heart for cardio because my dad's really sick and all cardiac issues related to his diet of course ..
I would like to do FNP and work in an underserved community to be there for families like mine.. make them understand the importance of health.. so cliche lol i know but i've always wanted to give back to where I came from
I don't understand how they can give out acceptances up until June 15th. I feel like everything should be handed out by May 15th so people can make decisions. I don't know about anyone else, but I have to have things submitted for my other school by July 1st. As in medical records, etc; I already submitted my deposit because they needed it by May 1st and of course it's not refundable so I'll lose it.

I think you'll be fine. Good thing about NYU is that they look at applications holistically. Don't let your hope down.
I majored in biology then switched to health science. So I had all of the pre reqs completed
