NYU ABSN Fall 2016

I am looking into applying for the NYU ABSN Fall 2016 program. I was wondering if anyone had any helpful tips and thoughts on what I should know when applying for the program.

Does everyone see their financial aid information on NYU Albert? I applied on time but do not see anything. Anyone having the same issue?

Wow congratulations on the acceptance. I really really hope to be joining this celebration parade lol. Hopefully the rest of us will hear something soon. My stats aren't as great as everyone else's but I have 5.5 years of medical asst. experience and a year managerial experience over nurses and medical assistants in a peds clinic. I had a tough undergrad so I don't look as appealing on paper as the rest of you guys.. good luck to us all =)

I am having the same issue too. I received my acceptance notice 3 weeks ago but haven't received financial package. On Albert, it says "award access not available" for 2016 and 2017. I am assuming that they haven't finalized our financial package?

I got an e-mail today asking to specify where I will be taking nutrition class, which I am missing..... I hope it's a good sign!

I didn't and that's why they contacted me. I gave them today two schools asking if they prefer one over the other... I wasn't rejected, I guess they are reviewing my application now and they were missing that info.

I got an email asking the exact date on when I'll be with physiology in the summer! That must be a good sign right?

Did you give them the dates? I am wondering if that means that we won't get our decision on acceptance until the grades are in... My class will be done in July!!!!

I believe the application said they'd offer conditional acceptance if you still have prerequisites to finish. I don't think they'd delay a decision. All decisions are supposed to be sent by June 15.
