I had to send admissions an email because they cannot give the information out over the phone. It takes 24 to 28 hours to receive an email from admissions if anyone is wondering.

Hey aha0019! I have not net yet obtained my netID, so I cannot check online. I called and they have 4 out of 6 posted for me. THey also do not have my recommendation letters up, which came in the same package as my 4 transcripts that are posted. SO, it does take time. I submitted my application February 10th and sent out the transcripts about a week later.

i sent admissions an updated prerequisite and personal statement but have yet received a reply. i emailed twice actually. also, i just called... they said the absn isn't their focus right now, but freshman decisions. i'm actually really worried. i submitted my application 12/25, and have yet have my transcripts checked off on albert. they did say that they have received my transcripts.

Hey charming_kitty,

did you call to confirm that they received your transcripts? I called and all they could tell me was to wait and that things were being "processed". I'm worried and anxious too. Also, I called about my recommendation letters which I have a tracking number for and was signed by someone there but they are telling me they don't see anything yet......

is it better to reach the school of nursing directly?

Hey guys,

additional question... in the email of confirmation that your application has been submitted - did they write "we received your regular decision application..." i was kind of confused because when I called in to ask for clarification on that because i submitted mine before priority deadline, admissions were telling me that it was automatic/normal?

if anyone could clarify this for me or assure me that they received the same email, I would greatly appreciate it!

As for my stats,

psych major, 3.43 gpa, 2 years of volunteer experience in the emergency room, 2 recommendation letters (one from the VP of my college, one from my psych professor).

fingers and toes crossed. i want this so badly!!!!

Hey aha0019. I will chime in. I don't think the school of nursing will help any. I believe you have to speak to admissions to see what has been posted. As for your recommendation letters, someone signed for them, they are there. I think the process takes quite a while for documents to be posted. I am in the same boat. My recommendation letters and two more transcripts have not yet been posted. I called admissions and they were able to tell me what has been posted, if documents have not been posted, they will just say they are being "processed." "We received your regular decision applicant?" I have no idea what that indicates. I did not receive that. When did you submit your application? When did you receive the email confirmation?

thank you for your swift response! really appreciate it. I submitted and validated my application on February 28th. I received an email on March 2nd stating that my application was received as a regular decision applicant.... what did your email state if you don't mind me asking?

Your confirmation email was received March 2nd? THat is days later! I do believe I received mine the same day. I sent mine application February 10th and received confirmation February 10th. Mine states, "your NYU Second Bachelor's Degree application was successfully submitted."

Hey aha0019, I received my acknowledgement letter. It does say the same thing as yours regarding "regular decision applicant."
