yeah, the website says that they probably have all the materials in the admissions office, it just takes awhile for them to gather everything and update the status of receipt of materials. i hope we start hearing around April. @uni.corn my life is consumed by this too!!

i emailed them last thursday and I am still waiting for a reply...... I just feel like i'm being annoying if I keep calling the office for the status of my application. last time i called they couldn't even tell me if my things were even AT the admissions office.

so i called the undergraduate office a few mins ago. sometimes there's lady that isn't the most helpful... i think i've spoken w her quite a few times actually. what time do you usually call?

Usually late morning... I just received an email saying my transcript was there but my recs were not. The admissions officer said how it may still be in process and told me to wait ...? But I have a tracking number for my recommendation letters and saw that someone signed off. What should I do guys? Wait or resend ? It's just a hassle for me to go hunt my professors down again....

@aha009 I think you should wait. they said on the website that everything probably is in the office if it was sent before the deadline, they just need some time to organize all our documents. I wouldn't go through the trouble of having your references resend your letters- especially since they were signed for. I would just wait to call until next week.

they received my trascript but not my rec, so i'm assuming it was lost since they were sent together =_='''

Charming_Kitty, I don't think that is the case. I believe the person who told you that that does not know what they are talking about. She would not have your letters anyway. The letters are not going to be posted on Albert, so whoever is waiting for them should not be. They are optional. There is no designated area on Albert for letters.

@alypol thank you for your input. I think I may resend them if I don't hear about it next week. I mean they are going to send out letters soon so I'm afraid it's too late? Or wouldn't they be in the process of reviewing stuff now?

Is anyone else having issues with the letters of recs? Also, am I the only one who overnight-ed it?

i sent them an email and they confirmed they had one, but not both recs, and i could email the second recommendation. i'll wait until next week to see if they're processed. nothing has been checked off on albert still.

I honestly am not sure if anything on Albert is accurate. my account has checked off standardized test scores and final high school transcript... neither of which were sent or required to be sent. maybe we should just continue calling... im really not sure.

@alypol apparently the HS transcript and standardized test scores are supposed to be checked off even if we didn't send it in. Same applies for me too it's checked off on my Albert.
