Yes-- everyone be on top of your recommendation letters because they lost mine and I ended up emailing it in...

i'm so nervous too i want this so badly! expecting a reply in early april??

I spoke to admissions today. I was told that the admissions department will contact you directly if any part of your application is missing. They told me that no news, as in no updates on the status of materials on Albert, is good news. If we hear from them, it's because something hasn't been received.

That's what I was told too, similar - if not, exactly the same wording when I called 2 weeks ago by a lady. Seems like it's what they were told to tell people since they're swamped with calls about materials. I emailed them last week but they haven't gotten around to responding. My application is complete but it's missing 1 recommendation letter that I sent to their office building on the 1st of May. It was signed for so I don't know how they could've lost it @.@

yes, I agree. I'm sure if anything was signed for, it has been received. I also sent out an email last week- still waiting on a response. I believe we just need to have some patience and faith in the admissions process. We're all concerned because we want this, but as long as we did our part and sent everything in on time, we should trust that materials were received accordingly. If there are any problems, I'm sure the admissions office will contact us and assist us in taking the steps necessary to ensuring a complete application.

My application status showed missing transcripts until this week. I was relieved when I logged in and saw them there - I knew they had to have received them since my schools definitely both sent them.

Don't we find out April 1st? I'm nervous! NYU and Rochester are my top picks.

I called this morning just to get an idea of a timeline for when we'd hear back. They said anytime between April 1st and June 15th (not too specific!) Hopefully we all hear back earlier rather than later. Good luck to all! :)

Thanks for stating this I was wondering when i would her back from NYU. I applied to other schools which will be starting in the summer hopefully i hear back from them in April since my other schools will most likely be starting in June-July and NYU is my ultimate choice . Good Luck to You.
