NYU ABSN Fall 2013 Entry

Hello everyone! I have submitted my application and my transcripts to NYU for the ABSN program beginning in fall 2013! I am very excited but surprised that we will be hearing so late about an admission decision. Is anyone else applying?

If you guys get in are you definitely going to go there?

I will preface this by saying I am not saying that tomorrow is not the day we start finding out if we have been accepted or not. I would, however, like to point out that looking back through the older forums it seems like fall decisions historically have first been received around the 4th- 7th of April (last year's class started posting acceptances on the 5th). Just don't want anyone to freak out should we hear nothing tomorrow.

I wanted to point out the same actually, I haven't seen anyone post of their acceptance prior to the fifth. But hey you never know, let's hope we're the exception !

Today is the first day NYU could start officially sending acceptance/rejection letters. Good luck to all of us! Does anybody know about their financial aid package? I've heard bad things about NYU financial aid.... In one of the last year's post somebody shared his/hers financial aid package and it was something like $7,500 in scholarship, also a few thousands on federal loans and that person also mentioned that he/she will have to get more than half of the money needed from private loans btw his/her EFC was = 0... does anyone have a good inside about NYU financial aid? Please share your thoughts...

I started at NYU this semester and I don't know anyone who has great financial aid. I had a low EFC and still have to pay ~$18k a semester via loans.
