Nybon Nursing School Under Investigation

I finished my LPN-RN program from Carleen Health Institute. I took the NCLEX under New York state board and passed the exam. I'd been waiting on the license a couple of weeks and decided to call NYbon, was told the school is under review - hence they would not be issuing any licenses till the review is done. They also wouldn't give a time frame. Does anyone have any idea how long these reviews usually take or what could be done in situations like this?

So that would be up to Florida. Just because new York has a school on hold/ under review does not mean other states do. So best advice is try another state especially if you don't plan to work in new York.

She had a ATT for NY for a test date the end of August 22 but when she found out NY would not release the score if she passed she canceled it and applied to another unlimited state got her ATT in no time and tested in November got the pass and applied to CT she spoke to CT before she applied for recprocity and they said she should be receiving her license anyday now as it has been processed.

Is Med-life part of the investigation for fraud or just low passing scores? Do you think when the investigation is completed students can have their grades transferred to another state?

That's what I am thinking too. My school is on the list Florida College of Health Science and I don't know why the are on the list.  Does anybody know?

London Flo here we go again. I know alot of people that went to many schools. As of right now Foundpath is not Medlife the person was asking about Medlife. As far as I know Foundpath which contracts with different schools one to be Essential School of Nursing is not under review . And why would another school answer for another school. You make no sense and always looking at the negative instead of trying to be helpful.

This is only my guess Palm beach School of Nursing was a MedLife Franchise and the owner is being accused of selling dipolmas to people that never went to school and its just my guess that they have to investigate the other schools within the medlife system. But as I said this is only my guess to why they are investigating. And alot of the other schools on the list are probably being investigated because she either worked for them in the past or had some sort of dealings with the other schools.

2017 Palm beach Closed . And yes Medlife was still accapting students.
