Pearsonvue will send ATT once you have paid them and NY gives the OK, doesn't usually take long

One needs to send in an application as well to NY, the CSV alone will not get you anything. It is usually best to wait until you know that the CVS is being sent on to them.

Please be aware that we have not seen much in the way of petitioning from NY in quite sometime, it is going to be rather difficult to get a job there at this time.

The ATT is issued once the state has approved your application to them and the fee is paid to Pearson-Vue for the exam. We do no recommend paying Pearson-Vue until you know that everything is approved as the money in the account is only valid for one year.
