Hi! I just finished retaking the HESI and am curious to see who else applied for Fall 2019. I know it's early, but I'm already ready to find out either way. My HESI score is 89 and I should have 17 bonus points, so 106 points total.

Any other applicants out there? ?

Ok it popped up now! Thanks! I have Monday clinicals and Pharmacology says Wednesday 9-11, hybrid class. I wanted to go ahead and take nutrition but the online class is full and the only other option is my Clinical day. Btw I called my dr office (on Eglin AFB) to get an appt for the immunization bloodwork and the lady doing appts had no idea what I was asking for ? I explained it like 10 times so we'll see what happens. Did you guys already go on CastleBranch and check it out?

I just finished buying books and uniforms and today started on castle branch. I was confused about how to create an account and then found out that once you order your drug screen, you will have the option to create an account from that point. Working on it right now but hopefully once I’m done everything will make a little more sense lol.

Oh, and side note....if y’all need shoes, check out Danskos! I have called everywhere and FINALLY found a shop that carries them out in Miramar beach called Sunset Shoes. Also for the pants, I highly recommend going to Lulus, they were better priced and way better quality in my opinion.

Yeah, I haven’t quite logged into castlebranch but I plan to soon.

And thank you for the recommendations! I went ahead and bought compression socks, a stethoscope, Mosby’s pharmacology notecards and the folding clipboard they told us about at orientation. So basically most of the extra stuff. ?

Also, I’m thinking the pharmacology class is going to be changed to a Tuesday or Thursday, just so it doesn’t conflict with the Wednesday clinical. I’m so excited to start!

Haha I filled up my amazon cart right after orientation and bought all the extras too! That folded clipboard is pretty cool lol. I’m thinking you may be right about the pharmacology class, we should know before too long. I am so excited to start! This summer is flying by!

I agree with Lulu's, I went last Friday and found the comfiest flare leg scrubs and they actually carry petite length! Works great for me at 5'2' lol My blood pressure cuff, O2 monitor, pen light, shears, and shoes came today. I ordered my shoes from Amazon, I found an all-white clog style pair with nonslip bottoms so I'm gonna try them out.. walking around the house they seem great but we'll see. I need to get my stuff going on CastleBranch still

@Jt131 do you mind my asking which blood pressure cuff you went with? Looking at them now and there are so many out there lol

I got the ParaMed cuff from Amazon. It had good reviews and a good price, and so far seems just fine!

Hey guys! Was wondering if you all were going to join the SNA and if so, did you already go through the website and pay to become a member? I'm going to try to go to the next meeting on August 9th I think the email said.

Hi! Yes, I’m definitely planning on joining SNA but haven’t gone online and paid the fee to join quite yet. And I want to go to that meeting on the 9th, but my best friend is coming into town that day for the weekend so I may not be able to, just depending.

Hey guys! So just wondering, are we doing anything on Monday the 19th? Since we obviously aren't going to clinicals on day 1, are we supposed to go to the school for anything? I dont want to email and ask bc I feel like I must have missed this discussion at some point lol
