NWFSC Nursing Fall 2019

Nursing Students School Programs

Hi! I just finished retaking the HESI and am curious to see who else applied for Fall 2019. I know it's early, but I'm already ready to find out either way. My HESI score is 89 and I should have 17 bonus points, so 106 points total.

Any other applicants out there? ?

Right now i have clinical one day, all day. Nursing theory two days. 3 hours of theory each day. There is also pharmacology but i believe its mostly online? However you will then have to figure out what other required courses outside of nursing core classes you have to take. So i have another class on thursday for an hour and a half. Im sure you could take your other classes on the same day as theory but i didnt want to because i wanted to work on my homework/reading/studying after class because I have kids. I hope that helps. I dont know if things will be different for other classes but that is my understanding so far. I havent officially started. I understand in wanting to plan. Its been slightly difficult trying to get everything completed in a short notice but dont worry you will have plenty of time.

@Frsms Luckily, I have complete all of my required courses just waiting for a clinical seat. Yikes, 3 days a week!? I was trying to work part time as well so I would need to figure that out! I also have 2 kids and a husband who will be deploying in January. Thanks for the heads up at least now I have somewhat of an idea of what its like.

You're very welcome. You do have some things to work out but i hope i was helpful and you can figure out what you need. I am not sure but it seemed like they said something in the post confirmation test about taking fulltime credits. I can't remember. I really dont know i am still figuring out my financial aid and I am confused. ? deployment is tough. Hope you can plan and work everything out! Wish I could be more helpful. ?
