I haven't seen a thread for this yet and there has been one for just about every semester at MEC, so I decided to make one.
I'm currently studying for the TEAS and I've printed out the Fall 2018 application to work on but there are some very confusing elements (and possibly typos?) on it so I plan on asking on Monday. Since they changed nearly everything from previous years I feel like they made some mistakes (possibly).
Is anyone else a little confused? For instance, they tell you not to get a background check until notified to do so, but the complete checklist on the application they give you instructs you to initial that you've completed the background check.
I don't know which part of my speech you don't understand ? I think you have applied for the nursing program at NOVA. am I right?
all I am asking if any of who has applied have heard back after the initial email has been sent few weeks ago.

I'm not angry. I heard from somebody that someone got accepted into the nursing program. I cant tell you from who I've heard.

I took the TEAS test today. I didn't pass the reading section. I needed 3% to pass. I have talked to one of the counselor at MEC, she told me to apply and try my luck because they need more applicants. you don't know they might make an exception to fulfil the empty spaces.

Yes, please by all means apply. It doesn't hurt. I feel bad that that 3% is gonna cause you some headache. What u can say is this. You have set your eyes and heart on something good. Never give up no matter the hurdles. What you stand to gain is so much more and covers all the stress you going through now. I wish you the best of luck.
