I am starting a new thread to track cases from NVC - embassy to GC.
The best news for RN in China, Phillippines and India has been great and informative thread, but I think it is more appropriate and convenient if we start a new thread.
Also with the rapid scheduling of interviews for most of us, I am looking beyond the CP and anticipating the GC!
The August interview schedules are out already in India, and recently in the Philippines and hopefully in China.
Here is my case details
Category : EX Schedule A
USCIS receipt : April 2004
Processing Center : Vermont
I-140 approved : October 2004
NVC case number : MNL2004813XXX
NVC forwarded packet 3 : April 5, 2005
Packet 3 sent back to NVC : May 3, 2005
NVC case completed : May 16, 2005
Consular Interview : August 29, 2005
Visa received : ???
Date of entry in the US :???
GC receive : ????
I hope you can also post here your details interview experience.
God bless!
Hi esterp!
Same with my brother. His Atty has not received an appointment letter and NVC would not furnish another one. What he did is he printed the reply of his email inquiry to NVC and show it to the staffs at St. Luke's for his medical. They told my brother they will get the appointment letter for him since he could not be allowed to go for interview without the appointment letter. He was able to have the Medical Examination without the appointment letter though. Good Luck!
Hi everyone, I started this thread a year ago to help those people and fellow nurses share timelines and updates on the development of their case, from NVC to greencard. I can't help but smile after seeing this thread still being updated and used as source of information and support.
I haven't been posting for a while because I was caught by a lot of things, like transferring house, working full time as an Nurse, reviewing and eventually passing NCLEX RN, and then going back to work as an RN, etc, etc. That's the life Im now living eversince I moved here in the US and try to reach the "American Dream".
For those who'se waiting for the petition approval,
.....whose waiting for the DS230...
.....whose waiting for the packet 3 and 4,
.....the long waited US embassy interview schedule
.....DELBROS visa delivery schedule
.....and the never ending question , will I'll be affected by retrogression, will the 50,000 visa be enough?
Just hang in there, and I said it once, and will say it again, spend your remaining time in the philippines! Use this waiting period so you can enjoy our motherland, go to church, eat boy bawang and bulalo, go to divisoria and greenhills and specially spend time with loveones and relatives, you'll definitely miss them when you're already here.
It's not a question of will I ever work as a nurse in the US, it's a question of WHEN, and believe me it will come soon. You'll just fine yourself one day, staring and posting in Allnurses.com about your experience and can't help but smile or shed a tear because you remember "those NVC-CP-Tracker" days and how you worry about it. Just like what am doing right now:wink2:
And hi to my Allnurses friends...Shaider, REP, HAEL, Nursedependent, PresC and specially to an Angel Suzy !. Future US Nurses, make Filipino Nurses proud!
GOD BLESS!
and here is to you,
mr. u.s. rn!!!!
congratulations on passing.!!!!!!!

thanks, angel!!!! i could not pass nclex without you.
for those who wish to have a good nclex study program, ask suzzane for a copy of her study guide. follow it to the dot and you will just be fine. even if after taking the exam, you don't feel confident...don't worry! and acknowledged the fact that you cannot do it without him.
esterp,

hello agp_phWhen I called NVC last week. It was stated that my papers was already reviewed but it was incomplete. They havent received yet the fee bill of my youngest daughter. You might just call again the NVC. Maybe your papers were already completed since we have the same date.
Hi, nicole1230 and everyone!
I also called up the NVC automated response system and they said they have reviewed my documents and found them incomplete and missing. I have no idea what's missing. AHH well..another delay. I did not submit a police clearance because I never lived in another country. I submitted my Birth certificate in NSO paper, NBI certificate, CENOMAR and the DS-230 part 1 and 2. I wonder what is missing?

I am still hoping that my interview date will finally arrive soon. My groupmate is already scheduled on the 11th of September at 6:30 AM however, her problem now is that as of this writing, she don't have any appointment letter yet to be presented during the P.E at St. Luke's Ext.Clinic?
