I am starting a new thread to track cases from NVC - embassy to GC.
The best news for RN in China, Phillippines and India has been great and informative thread, but I think it is more appropriate and convenient if we start a new thread.
Also with the rapid scheduling of interviews for most of us, I am looking beyond the CP and anticipating the GC!
The August interview schedules are out already in India, and recently in the Philippines and hopefully in China.
Here is my case details

You're absolutely right. I am not sure if NVC requires your employer to submit the I-864 together with all the documents you sent to them. Probably this is the piece that is missing. Anyway, don't worry everything will be ok. Don't forget to seek guidance from HIM.
hi, nicole1230 and kurt2006!
thanks guys! i really appreciate everything you told me. i'll call them tonight. Let's keep on praying for each other. nothing is impossible through Him. if i get delayed again, well he must be telling me something. enjoy Philippines first and my family.
God bless to us, guys.

Hi Mariel7 and Nicole1230 and anyone here who's Ds230 was received by NVC this August...I would just like to know if anyone of you already have their cases completed? I still don't have an update on mine. It was received Aug 11 but no update if it has already been completed.
hi there agp_ph! and hang on! as i have known from some co-nurses, admin processing of Packet3 by NVC averages 2-3 wks from receipt though others would say it's longer...but I think you may receive notice of case completion any day now...God bless you and share with us the good news!
Leis,I agree with Nicole call NVC and talk to the Operator. and ask what is lacking with your file.
Keep on praying. God bless.Stay Happy.
hi, donty8!
i was supposed to call the NVC last night but I was reviewing for my NCLEX-RN exam. I totally forgot. I will call again tonight. Thank you for trying to cheer me up. It worked. I'm just letting things work at HIS own time. :)
Congrats on completing your requirements. I wonder what's really missing on my part.
God bless!!
Hi Leis23! Since you did your part & sounds like you submitted everything, i would suppose the delay you're talking about will be really brief. Should the non-submission of police clearance caused it pls let us know. There have been previous sharing in this post that NBI clearance is all that's needed for us with no history of travel (foreign). I wish you deliverance from the agony of waiting SOON...

What about the photocopy of the biographic data page of your valid passport?
