I am starting a new thread to track cases from NVC - embassy to GC.
The best news for RN in China, Phillippines and India has been great and informative thread, but I think it is more appropriate and convenient if we start a new thread.
Also with the rapid scheduling of interviews for most of us, I am looking beyond the CP and anticipating the GC!
The August interview schedules are out already in India, and recently in the Philippines and hopefully in China.

wow congrats titanium! nvc is really really fast nowadays, my nvc case was completed, like kurt was, in just 7 working days (july l9-28). and now it's just a month, not 8 weeks, before anyone gets to know their interview skeds. We have a really awesome God, dont we? hehehhehe
Your inquiry has reached the National Visa Center (NVC).
The file is now in transit from the NVC to the US embassy or Consulate General where the beneficiary's interview will take place.
An appointment has been scheduled for the applicant on September 11, 2006 at 8:30am. Please notify the Embassy or Consulate at once if the applicant cannot keep the appointment. Any further inquiries should be directed to the assigned US Embassy or Consulate General.

What do u think Kurt? i specifically inquired in my email to NVC if i already have an interview schedule since it has already been a month that my case has been completed and that was the email that i received from them regarding my inquiry. Dont wori i will verify this tonight through calling the NVC hotline to see if this is really an interview schedule, okies? :)
The NVC and Manila interview wait time is getting faster. Maybe they're expediting the process to meet the remaining slots before the October cut-off? No one knows for sure.
My friend just called NVC and found out that I already have an interview sched on Sept 7 at 6:30am.I think they have just updated their list, you may also try calling them.I have mixed emotions right now, but more of anxiety:uhoh21: ...but no more backing out this is the day we've all been waiting for:roll .Just the start actually of more things to come. Praise God!All in his perfect time!

i bet u already have an interview schedule already..try calling nvc agen.. :) im very sure ur schedule for interview sched is earlier than mine.. think positive..i'll pray for u and esterp.. :)

About our medical I don't know yet. My agency have'nt contact me, even informing that I have my sched already. As what I have posted, I just know my interview sched thru email at NVC. I don't know if they have my packet 4 already. As far as I know, medical is 2 days only.
By the day, I also inquire thru phone in NVC but the reply was " your case was completed on June 28, 2006. You have to wait 8 wks from this date to have another instruction." What do you think? is email in NVC is reliable one? Im quite confuse about this.
i think it's reliable..y would they even reply to us wid dat schedule if it's not true right? besides that's d legal email address of NVC and all emails go to that route when we email them about our cases..the automated response as far as i know is usually not updated accdg to my friend..u have to speak to d operator to verify really about ur case..i asked my agency about it but until now i havent received anything from dem yet..i doubt if they even know about my interview sched yet..i bet they havent received my packet 4 also.. :)
How long does it take for NVC to receive the packet 3? I just emailed them today, maybe they have received it already. I was hoping that my case will be completed by end of August, and also hoping for a November or December interview. That is if there are still visas left considering they are predicting an October 2006 cut-off. I hope I will still have an allotment for this year.
