NVC -CP- GC Tracker

Published

I am starting a new thread to track cases from NVC - embassy to GC.

The best news for RN in China, Phillippines and India has been great and informative thread, but I think it is more appropriate and convenient if we start a new thread.

Also with the rapid scheduling of interviews for most of us, I am looking beyond the CP and anticipating the GC!

The August interview schedules are out already in India, and recently in the Philippines and hopefully in China.

Here is my case details

hael

i have been following this thread for months now and could feel the same anxiety  :uhoh21: of those who have been waiting for each step that their papers has to go through.mine is

Priority Date : March 2005

USCIS Approval: Feb 14, 2006

Lawyer forwarded DS230 to NVC: June 14,2006

awaiting completion and the rest

there's a big gap between the approval date to submission od DS230, when we have already paid all the necessary fees last March.Had to follow up with the law office's assistant handling my case. She said she has her hands full. Oh well..the waiting is not yet over for me. Congratulations to all the nurses who have finished with their interviews. :yelclap:

Hi vgsrn! Our papers are some what the same track in NVC. Mine was received last June 12, 2006. Most probably we have the same status. Anyway, hope our time will come soon to be interview also.

Hi Everyone!

I'm new in this forum. I've been reading this thread for quite some time and I find it very informative aswell as inspiring. My case is already on Packet 3, I have sent our Biographic forms to my Agency last May 30 and they said that it was already forwarded to NVC but up to this date(6/19) NVC have not recieved it yet. Should i worry about this?

My CIS Approval was Feb. 22, 2006 and I recieved my DS 230 forms from my Agency last May 19.

Thank You in Advance!

Guys, I have a huge problem...i recently got the information that ecensus gave me a negative result of my birth certificate..i dont know how it happened when before i used to buy one and they have issued it to me (NSO certified)..i really wonder y now i got negative on this...very well, i just recently received my DS230 and that's what im really worried about..I've read the whole packet instructions and it stated that in case my birth certificate is unobtainable i can submit another evidence of my birth..I got a Civil Registrar's Office Copy of my Birth, do u guys think this can be accepted?or would NVC as well as the Embassy would insist me to secure an NSO certified Birth cert even if for me it's unobtainable??please help me on this one..im really very worried ... :( any advise would be very much appreciated especially to those who got the same experience as mine and get through the NVC and the Embassy even when they submitted an issued Civil Registrar's Office copy of Birth instead of the NSO certified birth cert.

nurse dependent is already in the us.. we chatted last time thru ym's...he's busy now...hehheheh ( i think we all would be busy when we get there...hehehhe)...

oy peanut!!! i hope i could post same as yours "got my visa today!!"...

interview on the 21st...and still nervous...:roll

hael

yep, am busy now. taking care of the kids and the household.

hehehe.

wifey has just started her "formal" hospital shifts 2 weeks ago (preceptorship). seems like her 10yr working experience in a national hospital back home is truly paying off. she's adjusted immediately, and doing really well. pays to be assertive and proactive too, in everything we do 'round here. keep that in mind.

am staying here in union city, ca. and having a blast.

my employment offer from the phils. for our south sf office still stands, although i haven't reported yet. would want wifey to "normalize" first. besides, this is the first looooonnnggg vacation i had since i started working. so i'm enjoying it while it lasts.

besides, lots to be accomplished. just done with whole family's ss#, cali id, bank account, recently received our "green cards," just passed written exam for driver's license, need to schedule for the actual driving exam.

once you guys arrive, accomplish your "documents" immediately. especially, your ss#.

congratulations to you, peanut and gwapo. have a safe trip.

leah, 2 days to go. good luck on your interview. trust me. once you receive your visas, it's like having a big load bein' lifted your shoulders. getting ready for the new load, i guess (new life here). hehehe.

Hi titatium!! As far as i know, i think Birth certificates issued by the local civil registrar's office is not accepted (well that's what our agency told us). Anyway, if you have your file on the local civil registrar, im sure they can help you update your records on national statistics office. ask your local civil registrar to assist you with that. i think they have to forward some records to the NSO. Goodluck!!

Hi kratos! Likewise with me, Im new also in this forum. Nway, regarding your paper at the NVC I think there are times that NVC's computerized answering machine is not updated on time. Try to check it from time to time.

Mine also my DS 230 was sent back to my employer last May 22 few days ahead to yours. And the NVC received the documentation last June 12, 2006. I think we have the same status in NVC, just keep posted so that we can update our status.

Have a nice day and God bless...:nuke: :nuke:
