called up nvc and confirmed to me that they will release a new set of case numbers on the 1st to 2nd week of april for may schedule. that's good news...

this is good news!!! at least...

i hope we will already be on the list!! but i heard from a friend that there will be another retrogression on june.. how true is this?? ang he said this is the reason why there is no category EX scheduled for the month of may! he too, just heard this rumor from his aunt working in the US... hope this isnt true!!!!:angryfire

I wonder where will release the interview schedule, the NVC or the local embassy ?
where could i find the list ? could you please put the address here ?

Not all here are from the Philippines. List of interview schedule depends on which country and consular post your papers are being handled.

hi i am peanut, 22 years old from the philippines and a newbie here in allnurses :-).... i've been wondering if how many months do i still have to wait after ds230? my lawyer forwarded the documents last january 2006, i've made an inquiry already to nvc and they told me that they have the documents and they'll just notify my lawyer when is my interview schedule here in manila u.s.embassy.. i hope you can enlighten me with the most probable time before i can have that interview..truly.. it's so hard to wait for something you don't have any idea when it is coming.. :-(

Called up NVC this morning. Finally after several months of waiting, I was informed that I was scheduled for interview this May 25 at 6:30 am. No schedule posted yet at the website. My case was completed January 12, 2006. MNL2004******. I'm sure those cases completed last December who weren't included in the april sked are now included this May sked. :balloons:

I suggest you start calling NVC. Goodluck to us.

hi peanut:

after the receipt of your papers by the nvc, your case will be reviewed. after the review, your case will (hopefully, most likely) be approved. ours took a month for this two steps to happen.

after the approval, then, your interview schedule. ours took 4 months after case approval.

you're in the right thread, should you wish to know or compare case timings. review this thread (from the beginning), you'll stumble upon countless cases with dates. this will give you an idea on the step by step process of cp and how long each step takes.

i called up nvc and they told me that i will have my interview on may 2!Praise GOD!I am so happy,excited & nervous too...My case was completed last dec 28, 2005...to all who have their case finished last dec..u can call the nvc now..:Melody::balloons::biggringi
