I am starting a new thread to track cases from NVC - embassy to GC.
The best news for RN in China, Phillippines and India has been great and informative thread, but I think it is more appropriate and convenient if we start a new thread.
Also with the rapid scheduling of interviews for most of us, I am looking beyond the CP and anticipating the GC!
The August interview schedules are out already in India, and recently in the Philippines and hopefully in China.

Last September 2007, I emailed NVC and got a response that my name has been placed on the list of doumentarily qualified cases awaiting the availability of visa numbers...(Btw,I have an old PD..2005).
Then I e-mailed them a week ago and got a response that I have to submit DS230 for them to process my application. I thought my case was completed and why the response now is different from their email last September.I have also tried to call NVC today and heard that I still have a missing document that I need to submit.(missing document submitted last May 2007 along with the updated DS230 that my agency requested and the last time I phoned NVC was September saying that my case was completed)I'm confused..Is NVC inquiry updated? thanks..

Last July NVC requested an update on DS230 and many sent them back me included. That maybe all that is required and seems like your agency failed you as many was posting on here June time 07 on request and sending them back
hi pretty neirelle and Leis23! I also have an old PD, It's march 2005. April VB has just been released and I'm really glad to see it moving forward. How about you guys, what's your priority date if I may ask?
hi guys! for those with PD's that are already current in the March and April VB(PD's earlier than Juky 2005), please let us know if you were required to send again updated DS230 and police clearances since we already did this last June/July 2007.
As for me, still hoping that I will be current on the May VB. My PD is Nov 2005.

Hi motherofpink. Please let us know if you will be asked to submit an updated DS230 again since your PD will be current on April. This also goes for everyone here who were current on the March Vb and who will be current on the April Vb. Also please update us on your interview schedules, which embassy you will be interviewed, etc.

hi prettyneirelle: when is your PD? is your PD current on the March or April VB? was the request for updated DS230 sent by NVC to your lawyer?

I would say if they are asking for an updated DS just send it in, they are just making sure nothing has changed from last year when many had to put updated forms in

Does he go thru the payment of visa fee bill..etc etc...could you guys help me out what i should do?? how can i be documentarily qualified? what are the docs I need to send like marriage license, NBI clearance for me and my hubby, birth certs and photocopy of passports? thanks!

Check with your lawyer as he needs adding before your interview otherwise will not be able to join you.
