I am starting a new thread to track cases from NVC - embassy to GC.
The best news for RN in China, Phillippines and India has been great and informative thread, but I think it is more appropriate and convenient if we start a new thread.
Also with the rapid scheduling of interviews for most of us, I am looking beyond the CP and anticipating the GC!
The August interview schedules are out already in India, and recently in the Philippines and hopefully in China.

Hi guys! just wondering, do we have to submit a police clearance and NBI clearance or just NBI clearance. Last year I submitted both to make sure. I was just wondering if you guys submitted both or just the NBI clearance. I am preparing these cause i'm sure they will ask for these again.
Should I get another police clearance or just the NBI clearance. I'm talking about just in the Philippines not other countries.

Hello agp_ph! The last time, we only submitted nbi, passport, photos, ds230. I think that's about it... no police clearance. Hope this helps.
I read from previous post that some members here were able to get a reply from NVC about their case. Although, the reply does not imply any positive result but then, was just wondering why we only received reply by phone or by email the same thing, "that the case is still NOT qualified for further processing" something.
Her last message she got from NVC before the retrogression is that her requirements are complete and once the file is submitted to the consular offcie, the lawyer will be notified" something like that.

Hi! Can I ask when is her PD? maybe they process cases according to PD since all are "C" in the vb. Just a thought.
Hi! I was just informed by my agency that they've already received my visa fee bill and that they will settle the amount anytime this week. How long does it usually take for me to receive my packet 4? Thanks.
