No- an advanced degree is not necessary in my current position/company.

5. Yes. A master degree opens many doors to Snr nursing roles.

7. Yes. Two years is to short. To complicated system. Bachelors should be the only way to get an RN.

Yes, personally I will be able to work as 2 individuals, a circulating nurse & a scrub tech.
I would also like to maybe choose another avenue to pursue in nursing.
I don't think you can work in a hospital these days without signing an agreement to finish your BSN within an allotted amount of time.

Yes, I am a CRNA with a PhD, have been Program Director for 10 years by 2018 a doctorate will be required to hold that position.

Yes , Currently seeking higher education for my personal growth as well as financial readiness for my family.
No, I have many college credits but never reached the finish line.
Not to only to advance, but more opportunities and more pay
