(from the article mentioned above)
"Prosecutors say it's difficult to prove the use of date-rape drugs, because they metabolize before victims are alert enough to get a drug screen. Marsalis is not charged with any drug-related crimes.
A jury could find him guilty of rape if it decides the women were too impaired to consent to sex.
Marsalis was charged last year in a similar case in Sun Valley, Idaho."
My question - is it true that date-rape drugs metabolize before victims
are alert enough to get a drug screen?
I guess he's out of the nursing program right?
It does metabolize quickly. My understanding is that it could be a couple of days before a woman realizes she may have been drugged and raped.
I TRULY hope so....

I would have taken one look at his haircut and walked out of the bar, restaurant, or wherever. Yikes!

I'm sure he needed it cut like that for when he donned his "astronaut" helmet. Or maybe he just watched The Right Stuff one too many times! :trout:

Well compare the rate of something like this happening to the general university population, anomalies are popular.

I wonder why they can't do drug hair analysis testing on the victims? Is it considered unreliable?
