Have you had any situations where you were caring for someone with a different culture, spirituality, and/or religion? If so could you describe it and tell me what was positive and negative about that circumstance.

What culture are you talking about? Please tell a little more about the situation, for example what culture you are and what culture did you experience that was different
It is an open ended question concerning any cultures. I was wondering if you have had any experiences caring for someone from a different culture than your own.

Yes, many times. There is no negative. Your job is to care for your patient to the best of your ability, regardless of their background. When you do that you fulfill your nursing values.
I guess since this occurs daily, I don't even think about it. I am not quite sure what would be negative though.
