do you know of one for the head-to-toe assessement thats starts off like Nine Rowdy Cowboys.... Just wondering!

fire over smoke, and

chocolate over the heart

If anyone that is a student has trouble remembering water-soluble and fat-soluble vitamins one mnemomic is

Take your birth control with water--- Vitamins B & C are water-soluble the rest are fat-soluble

felty’s syndrome is the arthritis in which the spleen can be felt-y on palpation (enlarged spleen = splenomegaly) + neutropenia (low wbcs count).

I like the birth control one! my A&P teacher taught us fat soluble with " a fat dek of cards"

for the leads we learned clouds over grass, but the chocolate over the heart is one I've never heard before, it fits well...especially with the lady nurses, LOL!
