I am 5'8, 123 pounds, size 0 and have very long legs. Does anyone have recommendations for well-fitting scrubs? Grey's Anatomy works fairly well, but their scrubs don't come in Navy. Thanks.

I wear Dickies, they have Navy. They have petite and long sizes. I am about your height and find the long size to be way too long, so, I just wear the petite size and it fits perfectly.

I buy Koi tall pants, or one type of Grey's Anatomy that are long enough. But, I'm a little bigger than you and get the small. I am assuming they would have extra small.

I suggest Cherokee Workwear since they offer tall scrub bottoms with a 34-inch inseam, which would work for someone like you who is tall.
I also suggest Urbane Scrubs because the fit is flattering to female bodies.

Grey's Anatomy comes in a color called Twilight. It's quite similar to Navy. If it's not good enough, how about going with Grey's Signature scrubs. They fit just as well, come in Tall sizes and are available in Indigo. It's even darker than the Twilight color and should definitely pass as Navy.
