I am going to apply for nursing program next year, and I have noticed that there are three pre-entrance exams that nursing schools require students to take are the NET, TEAS and HESI. I am now preparing for TEAS. Can anyone tell me the website to look up all nursing schools that require to have TEAS test? thank you

It depends on which schools in which state you are applying to. Some private schools do not require an entrance exam while some public schools require the TEAS test.

You'll have to check to see what the schools you want to apply for require. I dont think there's a national website of which school requires what.

From what I understand of the TEAS test, which is fairly easy, it is an entrance exam for ADN programs. I very well could be wrong.
thanks for all....I live in S. California.....so any suggestion for best nursing schools with TEAS exam?
Jenny102938, what part of SoCal are you in? I am up in Lancaster going to AVC. I start the ADN program in a couple weeks, and they do the TEAS test.

I know MSJC and CSU-San Marcos (I'm at San Marcos) require the TEAS......it's easy though, if you've passed your pre-req's, then you should do fine
thanks

yeah, it's probably about a 1.5 to 2 hour drive, depending on your area in LA.
