Nursing School (2nd Courser)

Published

Hi. Iam planning to enroll this school year, but at this point of time i still have no idea where to enroll..i inquired at some school but they dont accept 2nd courser, can u please guys suggest any school that u know who accept 2nd courser. iam married and with business, thats why iam looking for school that can offer night class and weekend class too. i've read w/ other forums the UMAK (University of Makati) and Metropolitan College of Nursing i think...what do u think about this school? Iam also thinking in enrolling with a high percentage of passing rate re board exams.

pls. give me atleast 5 or 10 school to choose from. (suggestions..)

thank u very much!

tom i will have my entrance exam at UPHR Las Pinas. i will post the details as soon as i get home.

ive heard many times the UMAK (University of Makati, former Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Makati), they have night class and weekend class. 720 per unit and under regis program. they have this program for 2nd courser. i will visit it on Tuesday so that i can see it and ill tell u guys what is my impression. here is the address : J.P. Rizal Ext., West Rembo Makati City / (02) 882 0535.

my cousin is in Fatima, 2nd courser..but its too far from my location.

hi everyone! can anyone advised me what best school that offers a 2 year program for 2nd coursers? i had my final evaluation at delos santos and told me that it would take me 3 years to finish the course.

actually, i already pass the exam, had my medical exams and right now have some of the subjects to be enrolled but something is telling me at the back of my mind to backout my application.what makes me think twice is that i dont know if they really had a good standard as what i experienced in processing my application i was really culture shock with their enrollment process. it was really stressful unlike with my former school which is very student friendly and hassle free enrollment. for me somehow its an important indication how organize and competitive a school is.

another thing, i talked to one of the student and told me that professors at delos santos not only teach one subjects, one professor can teach diffrent subjects at a time. i also noticed that staff are not enough to accomodate the populations of the students so the result is not that satisfying.

right now, im really confused whether to continue my enrollment there and just look for another school that offers a much higher standard of teaching

if it will be compare to udmc which one is better? how about other schools could u give me some infos?

thanks much and best regards to all

hello! i heard that udmc has more students than de los santos college. but, there are other schools in q.c. you can check lanting college in tandang sora avenue (lots of doctors go there), kester grant college in quezon av. near edsa (not sure if it accepts 2nd coursers), pwu has a branch in q.c., st. paul q.c. in aurora blvd,

you can search for their websites. here's one:

check them out first before it's too late.

keep us posted.

Hi... You were looking for a BSN school that would offer a night class? You see.. that's the difference between nursing and other courses. You should focus on that profession. If you'll be working in your own business at the same time study nursing, you should really think about it! Think about what you should sacrifice! Your work or nursing? I tell you! The mere studying of nursing and clinical exporsure, case studies, exams are already stressful! In the morning you're already exhausted with your work, what more in the everning?! Oh please try to think about this! You're killing yourself!!!! regarding the everning class, how can you make sure that what is being taught has good quality? It's ok if your just taking up English or Pilipino classes in the evening! COme on! This is not BS education, engineering or other courses! Nursing has alot to offer when you focus your heart and time on it...
