hi..:) the address I used with my CVS app was: CGFNS (spelled out) Attn: CVS( spelled out) 3600 Market Street, Suite 400 Philadelphia, PA 19104-2651 USA I used fed-ex..CG received my documents 2 days after, accdg to the tracking number and when I logged on to my account in the Cg website, the status of my CVS was "received but not yet reviewed" and all the other details was also there..like the payments etc..hope this will help

Thanks for sharin us your experienc mountaineer_05..I also applied for NCLEX thru NY-BON last month..2weeks after I sent my app form, NY-BON mailed me a letter saying they already received my application..and so far that's the only improvement in my application process..:)..i still havent heard from CGFNS and i cant also call them because I still dont have a CGFNS ID number.. (which I think is SOP when u call them)..

you should also research on a speech made by letty kuan in baguio city. i think review centers distributes them days before the exam..i read the speech a day after the exam and many questions were based from the speech.. i took the NLE last December by the way..they can always change their questions especially now that the board exam has a different format...God bless on all who will be taking the exam..

hi!..i took the december NLE and the exam focused mainly on community nursing and psychiatric nursing and the format of the exam was the promotive, curative etc type...and i think this wont be true for the june NLE..i've heard from dr.letty kuan, member of the BON, during our oathtaking last january that the the format will be like: Test1-pediatric nursing, test11-psych nursing and so forth..so i think u really have to study all these areas..:).. the DOH Community Nursing book will be helpful for you Community Nursing Review..hope these will help...:)

Another suggestion from an IELTS examiner who conducted our workshop is to listen to BBC and CNN so that u will get used to both American and English accents.and as Suzanne said, practice using your English at home and at work..:),,hope this helps..:)

hi..i joined a british council workshop on march23 before I took my ielts on april 8..the workshop was okay but it was less than i expected..:)...but they really give out important tips that will come in handy when u will take the exam....but dont rely solely on it..one should also do self study and practice writing and listening to the the practice tapes..i dint go to a review center because I just cant afford the review fee..$110 for just 7sessions?.no way!..and by the way I just got my IELTS review today.. I passed!..

hi!.i'm a filipino nurse.. i was thinking of applying to the vermont BOn since I have been reading that they process application for nclex quites fast..dyu know of any filipino nurse workin there?...what do they say about the working conditions? are they recruiting filipino nurses even if they have no working experience in their country at all?..thanks!

hello everyone!..i'm a nurse from the philippines...i've read this whole thread and somehow decided that i'll apply to the NY BON..but i've been thinking also of vermont since there' s no need for cg cert and ces so it means that i'll be saving about 270 dollars if ever I choose that route.. my question however is what if i dont get petitioned by an employer in vermont and my license expires? can i renew my license without ever having worked in that state?..and to what states can i get endorsed to which doesnt require ces/cvs?..are there such states?..thanks!
