Updating my resume - Help, please?

So two years ago when I was applying for my first RN job, I needed help adding info to fluff up my resume. Now I am having trouble consolidating my skill list. I have only had 1 nursing job but have worked as a Med Surg nurse for 2 years. The type of resume format I used before this job was a skill-based resume that focused on my skills from nursing school. I still have kind of used this format but I feel that I may need to consolidate it more. To me it feels unorganized and I am not quite sure where to start. I want to list all my skills but I also don't want to over-do it. I am going to paste my resume here and would really appreciate some insight on how to organize it. KEEP IN MIND - when I paste it, the layout will be a little random looking just because the formatting doesn't seem to copy over to this post very well.

Your resume is far to detailed. Hiring managers know what a med sure nurse does. bullet point your accomplishments, awards etc and get it down to 3/4 page. "Fluff" is a killer of job seekers. No manager worth her or his salt wants fluff.

Tell them why they should hire YOU in a 4 line cover letter. If you want advancement state it. If you excel in an area tell it. If you want to move into another area let it be known.

Fluff. Seriously? Who has time for fluff.
