let me know when you find out. I have heard of nurses in London and AUstraila but not PR...Im sure you can find one though, there are millions of agencies. Do a search on the internet, google it, im sure you will find something.

I doubt if you will find anything at all for there, as their salaries are much less than on the mainland.

Not to burst your bubble, but if I'm not mistaken, Puerto Rico has an overabundance of nurses, many of which are trying to work in the U.S. just to have a job (aside from the other obvious benefits).

I have 3 aunts who are RN's in Puerto Rico. The salary is less A LOT less there.

thank you so much for your responses. this is the only source I've been able to get any information from; good, bad, or indifferent. Thanx again!

Best wishes to you. :)

try st thomas or st croix if you want something different......its a us territory and there are travel agencys here, we are not very far from peurto rico........20 minutes flying time

Diddo on the St. Thomas, or other US Virgin island jobs. When I worked on St. Thomas there ALOT of travel nurses. The surroundings are beautiful of course, but the pay is very low compared to the cost of living($5.00 gallon of milk+). Once you get on St. Thomas, it is very easy to get around to the other islands, also Puerto Rico. About the PR nurses. I did meet a few nurses on St. Thomas from PR--sometimes practicing as nursing assistants just to have a job.

Good luck and have fun. Better off not going to St.Croix though.

Also take some extra cash for the great shopping.

Another option is Bermuda...
