Nursing Students Online Learning

Hello,

Anyone know anything or have any opinions on UOPs RN-MSN bridge program? Are there any other similar programs? I would appreciate any help and/or comments.

Thank you!

I am two courses away from my MSN, I had a non nursing BS, I had to take 3 undergraduate courses. It has been a very positive experience for me. has a similar MSN Bridge program but it is double of UoP. It took my a littel less than 2 years. Once enroll you can arrange your schedule but if you take a loan they limit how much down time you can take.

Drexel in an online program too? Less than two years, wow. You stated you had to take undergrad courses, which ones? Is more expensive than UOP?

Three undergrads courses;

Family Nursing,Nursing Theory, and Nursing Research, I believe UOP is about $400 credit for a total of 48 credits after this course I just started 6 credits more. is $726 a credit their bridge is 15 credits. Alex

How much time did you spend studying/preparing? Did you have to write a paper each week or less frequently?

Thank you!

Studying is a big committment, between 10-20 hours a week. Yes usually a paper or power point presentation is due each week. You also have a learning team you have to work with each week. But it is worth it!

Anyone know what happened to the UOP rep who was on this forum? I wanted to contact him directly with some specific questions.

Here's UOP's profile. Maybe he/she will answer a private message or email. But his/her last post was on 9/23.
