I have 1 semester left in my ADN program and I'm looking for a bridge program. I was looking into GCU (Grand Canyon) online, but was told I may have trouble finding grad schools that will accept their coursework outside of GCU. Any experiences from GCU bridge students who latter went on to advanced practice programs at other schools would be helpful. Costs is a large factor, but a lack of transferability would likely be a deal breaker. GCU gives a significant price reduction for military. That and their lack of appearing as used car salespersons had me interested.

In case you were still looking, this is a good option. You have the option of graduating in 9 months depending on how much courses you can take at a time.

Due to my finances, time, and convenience, I’m planning on getting my BSN from my community college. After I get my BSN, I plan on going to university to get my CRNA degree. If your community college has a BSN program, you should look into it.

Hi Sophie! Community colleges typically offer degrees only through the Associates level, but many have agreements for graduates to continue to the Bachelors level with affiliated universities. Community colleges don't really offer BSN programs.

Which community college is this Sophie? My community college was just denied by the state from offering the BSN, so would like to know which one does offer it. Thanks.

Hello there! I was talking about the BSN program offered at Palm Beach State College. It is located in Florida, and I believe the program is fully online. Hope this helps! :)
