Nursing job without RN license

Hello, All nurses members! I live in southern California and I am taking the NCLEX RN for the 2nd time in April. In case things don't turn out the way I want them to and I have to take it a third tme, I was wondering if anyone knew about nursing jobs I could get without having my RN license...CNA or nuse tech or something along those lines. I have a bachelor's degree in nursing but no certification or license. :)

you dont need a degree for nurse tech, or cna. just the certification. but since you have a degree for nursing. just show them that and im sure you could get a job easily.

There are some employers who would not hire you in these circumstances but others would. You need to inquire before you apply. You may be required to obtain a CNA certificate. Good luck with your test. Hopefully this will become a moot point shortly!
