hmm think I have done all of them except hang ny stethascope over the mirror! my family think the worst is that they get no sympathy over injuries unless death is immentient or a limb severed!! my dad has banned nurse talk at meal times- he shouldnt have married a nurse! and both my sister and I are nurses.......so what do you expect?? maybe thats why he only invites us both round, together, at christmas!!

Wow, I could have checked almost all of these! lol
I chose signing my title with my name on checks and other documents. Seems to happen more with school papers for my kids...don't know if it's because I sign them in the morning or not but I use that excuse.
Oh, btw, I have gotten out of speeding tickets because I was a nurse. I hang my lanyard on the rearview mirror and usually just having scrubs on helps. lol

I picked the 'family gets no sympathy' one. Have you ever talked to one of your relatives, and there's ALWAYS "something wrong" with them. If I had a nickel for everytime I've said in robotic voice, "did you go to the doctor?".....

I have 3 sisters, 1 wife, a brother in law and a sister in law who are all nurses. My parents gave up trying to stop gross discussions years ago. My kids would not even think about a nursing carreer; see twenty years of no sympathy HAS paid off.
ROFL! Thats bad. I guess the reason behind no sympathy is that you are burned out from giving it all day or all the time that you are work. Am I right?

Sorry I missed that too. I thought you had to chose one. I have all the moms in the neighborhood bringing their kids over, saying "what do you think this is?" or "what can I take for...." I'm not a doctor. Call you doctor. I help when I can though. Also the ability clean up "code brown"s all over the house be it baby, dog or cat is an added nursing feature.

Stethoscope thing really worked for me.
(I think the cop thought I was a Dr. *** said "Well you cant help anybody if your not around from a wreck , can you doc?"
I just smiled and said "No sir"
