Thought I would start a fresh slate for this class. Roll call: Who is in? So far we have...

This looks like a very writing-oriented class. Would expect a fair amount of busy work but otherwise straightforward. Not to mention that this is it for me!

WOOT WOOT!!! Yay, I am happy for you. I just finished this class and it truly was the easiest class in the whole program. Good luck to everybody

RNINME:

I knew there was a glitch in the information about Running Head. I just watched an updated youtube video that states the words running head are NOW no longer required. That is why in Transitions they wanted it...in another class we were dinged for it. So, the latest information states not to literally put the words running head on the title page. Just a shortened version of your title in all CAPS.

I just checked APA Style and there is no mention of the change you are talking about. Nothing mentioned on the OWL either. OWL and the APA are the recommended sites for APA by OU. If it isn't mentioned there - I will argue til the cows come home with a TA that dings me for using Running head: I HATE APA!!

It is in the video...but everywhere else as you mentioned still use Running head: On the First Page Only and I Hate APA

So, I will go with tried and true!

Hey all...due to family emergency had to drop my two classes for this session. Wish you two the best since you are graduating!
