Could I use possibly "risk for urinary tract infection related to improper perineal hygiene?" This is a normal female infant.

Regarding your second one :
I don't think risk for UTI is one of the NANDA dx. However if you reword it to Risk for Infection r/t improper peri care by caregiver (since a newborn cannot perform peri hygiene on themselves)

I have no idea what you're going for here... The only sexuality-related things i can think of for infants is if they're born with something like Turner's or Klinefelter's syndrome, or ambiguous genitalia. Then it could be risk for sexual dysfunction or disturbed body image, but even that's way down the road.... But since you said it's a normal female then that's not going to apply.
Do you mean you need a dx for something related to the genitourinary system?
