Nursing acceptance letter to Chicago City Colleges(Truman, Daley, or Malcolm X)

Did any prenursing students receive acceptance letters from any of Chicago City Colleges yet? I have not receive mine and just trying to get an idea.

Hi everyone, is anyone currently attending, have attended or know of anyone who has completed the nursing program at morton college. what was the expierence like? i know every program is difficult but i heard the nursing program at morton college has very high rates of students failing the program. They have also said that the teachers dont go out of their way to help you with the material. either you know it or you dont, they dont have patients to meet with you after class to review things you dont understand. any advice besides reading and studying alot for the program at morton college??????

anyone apply to daley nursing program, did you get you letter yet??

All students, supposedly, are going to be notified by the CCC central office on May 2nd by email.

really i called daley's nursing office last week, they said they would be mailing them out, i prefer email, did you apply too?

I applied to Truman. Dr. Debra Gurney, the new Director of Nursing, stated that all students would be notified on May 2. All applications have been centralized, so I don't see why anything would have changed, but who knows.

I was wondering the same thing, hanwinting. I am going to feel pretty darn bad tomorrow if we don't get an email, that's for sure.

i am hoping there will be no more extension! waiting for one extra month is enough.

If Truman/CCC actuallly sends an email today I will be shocked. In my three years of experience it would be a first.

Anyone got an acceptance/rejection email yet? I called Dr. Gurney and left a vm asking about notification.
