I would like to hear from anyone who have worked or know anyone working in JCL north mountain. I am due for an interview with them in March Telemetry(PCCU). I am currently working in CCU in the UK and will be
relocating to Arizona if all goes well.
I will be anxiously waiting to hear from you guys before i sign the contract.
Thank you all

Well, I can tell you a lot of bad, but not much good! First of all the reason they keep hiring nurses over and over, is because nurses DO NOT stay there! The area is extremely unsafe! Nurses have been raped and mugged in the parking lots! You have too many critically ill patients and not enough support staff! You barely have any PCT's on the floor, so you have your very sick patients, plus you do all the aide work too. I didn't find the staff friendly or supportive! There is constantly a turn over there, so you are always working with new staff which makes it even more chaotic! The HR dept. is very nice until you agree to take the job then they treat you like s**t! If you can find another job, do it! Don't get sucked in to this unsafe, understaffed hell hole! They offer you bonuses and all kinds of stuff to reel you in there! I guess that is the only way they can convince nurses to work there! Even with their big bonuses, it is not worth it!
Sorry, but I told you I didn't have anything too nice to say about the place~!

Will move this to the Arizona forum where it is more appropriate.
Please be aware that there is a retrogression in place, so it is not going to be a fast move over for you if you are just going to be starting the paperwork for immigration now.
Best of luck to you.
Thank you all for replying to my questions. Am still new on this site and trying to figure out how to reply to threads.
Mugg54,thanks for the information. I'd rather have the bad news and be aware of what am putting my career into than to be told its good. I have read from other members too and i dont think i will be signing their contract. I dont want to risk my career.
Hoozdo, thanks for replying and i have moved my post to Arizona Nursing Forum.
Bettyboop, thanks for welcoming me to the site. I did the whole process alone, then a friend introduced me to Aquent Healthcare agency based in USA they told me about JCL North Mountain. I dont wanna go there now. Do you know of any good hospital i can apply direct in Arizona?

Hi Bettyboop, thanks for welcoming me to the site. i did the whole process alone and a friend introduced me to Aquent Healthcare Agency based in US. am due for the hospital phone interview on 11 March but i am thinking of changing my mind. Do you know of any other good hospital in Arizona hiring foreign nurses? I have AZ RN licensure and all i need is immigration paperwork. Thank you.
