Nurses who smoke?

What do you think?

I mean most of them would like to quit. But as a healthcare pro do you think any facility should accomodate smoking?

There is a hospital here that requires a pre-employment skin test to see if you've even been in a smokey environment. Do you like this idea?:smokin:

This subject was discussed on another thread.

Many institutions now have No Smoking policies on its propery.

At our hospital, employees need to be OFF hospital property if they want to smoke.

I believe that nurses who smoke (though they take their breaks as assigned) tend to be more productive than those nurses who over-eat. ;)

Got my share of cigarette smoke at my superbowl party when we beat the seahocks. I would rather no one smoked anymore, it plain stinks, like the seahocks..haha
