Hello all just wanted to post about my situation to get some feedback. I just got a letting from the AG because I haven't been compliant with my monitoring agreement- explaining why would be pointless but basically I stopped checking in daily and wasn't turning in everything required each month- I've just gotten out of treatment for depression ( about 2 months ago) after competing 2 stints in rehab for addiction. Until now I haven't felt capable of really anything. Anyways, I can't take it back and now I don't know what to say to the AG in response and I don't know what is going to happen with my license.

The only thing you can do at this point is honestly tell the truth. They will either give you a 2nd chance or they won't. Either way you can't change what you don't acknowledge.

I think when one receives a letter from an attorney (attorney general in this case) engaging an attorney to defend oneself is the appropriate step. OP, if you were depressed that may be a defense but you'll need expert help to defend yourself.

Response from PP MierKat sounds like the best I could ever think of. Hope you feel better soon.
