We are one of the biggest voices in healthcare but yet we cannot all be together on one accord and this is a very sad situation. I have witness and been a victim in this sad charade throughout my 5yrs as an LPN. I have seen nurses leave this field simply because of the treatment they receive from their fellow nurses despite the drama of everyday life from physicians, family, patients, etc...I am once again in nursing school RN/BSN and I am praying that a change will be reached in our profession. Please feel free to share your experience....
