Does it not come out of your paycheck, before taxes? And don't forget the bills for checkups, etc! It's not free, or if it is, I must be missing something!

Um...no. The House is Republican-controlled.

Regardless, there is an entire current events forum (upper right corner where it says 'Break Room') to debate all this stuff.

How are you getting your education free when I have loans and grants for mine? Not to mention I am working full time and paying taxes? Does Obama have money in a Swiss bank account? Why can't I have a free cell phone? And, with your free education, you are welcome. Our tax dollars are paying for you. Use it wisely!

Grants you don't have to pay back. My undergrad was paid for in scholarships, grants, and FL prepaid college plan. My nursing school is paid for thru scholarships from the school which ur taxes has nothing to do with and grants. Excuse me for getting rewarded for academic success. Don't throw shade on others for the goodness that has come out of their academics. Go on HRSA n they have scholarship n loan repayment programs that can help you if ur not to good for free assistance. Please don't take your animosity or "free phone request" out on me. Well, seeing as you voted Obama, I don't need to tell you it was 47%. And, if you listen closely, the 47% Romney talks about, is the 47% who are on welfare, getting handouts, like....cell phones that aren't a necessity....those 47% are the ones who prefer sitting on their rears and expecting the government to give them everything they feel they are entitled to. He is not talking about the people on SNAP who truly need help. He's not talking about the people on public assistance who need help and who choose not to abuse it. He is talking about the people who drive an Escalade and talk on their iPhone, while buying food with SNAP, and then buy beer and cigarettes with cash! In my world, if you don't earn it, you don't get it! I am working my butt off to better myself with education while 25% of my income is being taken and given to people who feel they are entitled to what I earned! Since your education is free, do you mind giving me some of your money? Because....I earned that! Didn't I?

Yeah, it might be easy to mess up your GPA, but you have no one to blame but yourself, right? Or, is that someone else's fault? I just failed a test (example) so can I blame you? He has had 4 years to fix things. He said if he didn't, he would be a one term president. If your boss gave you a deadline, and said, if you can't beat it, then you are fired, what would you do? Ask for more time? Surely a prudent boss would have an expected and rational timeline in order for you to get the work done, but....you just added 6 TRILLION dollars to their debt. I wouldn't keep you!

I've been noticing a trend....majority of Romney supporters including himself have yet to give a full detail plan on his plans for presidency. All that is said is bashing Obama and to check his websites check the debate footage. And the 47% he's talking bout is you. The middle and lower class. Wake up
