Saudi Council license or registration verification

Hi,

I'm from India. Please, need help with NMC OS2 registration verification, any one gone through Saudi council registration verification?? I'm currently stuck at verification. I was working as a nurse in Saudi Arabia @ hail from 2010 to 2012. Please let me know the process of nursing council verification @ saudi council, since I'm unable to find help from local authorities (shawn@ hail) please correct me if I'm wrong. I contacted Saudi council through my friends in Saudi, they said everything is available online and required only is a good standing cert,which I paid 300SR and received through email, but other than that no further information was available. Kindly need advice on this. I'm running out of time my license validity expires this month ie Jan. 2014.

So happy to read your post relating how to get Saudi Nursing registration verification.Thank you so much. I am in the same bot;-wanted to get it done ASAP.How can I do the payment?My dilemma is I have nobody there in Saudi to pay for the same..IS there anyway aatimama could be of help?Or any ways to pay the amount? I need the verification for RN registration in CAnada.

hi iceice,, about your queries to cgfns i tried it to contact us,, i wrote to cgfns CONTACT US about writing to manager and waiving my saudi license if ever i can't secure valid validation form from saudi, then i got response email (your concern has been forwarded to your evaluator.) then after few hours, i checked my order status, i was surprised', the license validation form-saudi arabia , the notes(rejected) has gone, and the status was " meets all program requirements,, and the issued certificate the status now is waiting for approval'.. i dont know what happened... hoping that they will issue me a certificate ASAP..... thank you iceice..... thanks god,, i'm praying for you iceice overcome this problem..

hi icece.'' i'm working here in jeddah. i applied my validation to office saudi commission jeddah branch , i m thinking of that too to send to riyadh if possible ,, i went again last day to saudi commission to apply again and forward the cgfns response emailed to me,

'''''( CGFNS requires a list of names in print and signature that are authorized to send the documents to CGFNS International. Also their title with the seal and date on their letter head sent directly to CGFNS by postal mail)''''

they've told me , " if i applied again it will do the same, they got the response email from cgfns which i printed,, and now still waiting for decision what they will do... thanks i'll give you an update in this matter

I called saudi council yesterday & i was told to call again in a few days. Where did u send your form, in riyadh or jeddah?

mine was in Riyadh.,, applied it before i left Saudi like 5 months ago

Hello iceice and mcanyesa, did you process like aatimaa did also? I have the same problem also since i declare my saudi experience as well. Im so happy to read this thread that somebody is willing to share the solution. Im about to start processing it in khobar with the help of my friend.

Mine is for CGFNS verification,,, my friend told me yesterday that she went inti d office where i applied my paper & the lady told here that the person who signed my documents was the only licensed to signed & they don't know why CGFNS is asking for affirmation from them since they have sent a lot of same documents as mine to CGFNS & they never asked them of it before,, don't know if they will give me that affirmation or not... But praying they will..
