Hi! I am confused of what is the right thing to do. I took an NCLEX-RN last 2011 in the Philippines, at that time I don't have my SSN and not a local board passer, luckily I was eligible to took the exam but unfortunately I didn't pass the exam. I want to retake the NCLEX-RN exam here in Califronia, I have my SSN and RN licensed (Philippines). What application to fill-up and requirement/fees to follow, is it under the repeat/reapply application or as a new applicant. Do I need to repeat the finger print and request new Transcript of records from my School? Does my application i submit last 2009/2010 are still valid? Please let me know on what are the procedures to follow, so I can start applying for the said exam. Thank you very much.
