Create Eligibility Number for Applicant from outside KSA

CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT IN "MUMARIS"------> "eservices" TO GET ELIGIBILITY NUMBER.

Since July 15,2014 before taking the PROMETRIC EXAM (NURSE SPECIALIST/NURSE TECHNICIAN) you need to get ELIGIBILITY NUMBER FIRST.

REQUIREMENTS ARE:

SCANNED DOCUMENTS (ALL ORIGINAL PAPERS NO PHOTOCOPIES) LIKE

PRC ID (license),

PRC BOARD RATING,

PRC CERTIFICATE OF PASSING & RATING,

TOR(transcript of record),

DIPLOMA,

COE (certificate of employment),

PASSPORT,

4X6 PICTURE.

pls help me po.my friend registered me for eligibility id but sadly she type a wrong birth date? what should i do? and the second problem is when i active the link it doesn't work..and now im trying to create a new information for eligibility the link didn't accept it because i already use my passport id..? what i should i do for this problem pls help me.. i want to take the prometric exam

Data flow is not needed prior to taking the exam. You can do data flow after passing the exam.

You have to wait for 24 hours or more for the eligibility number issuance. It's usually issued after a few days...not more than a week.

Redwedge, RN...thank u for your response...I uploaded transcript of record in Academic transcript/logbook/training program content area, for national board or professional certificate area, I uploaded my board certificate and for qualification certificate, I uploaded my license...is this correct? if not, what type of docs should I well be upload for every area...thank u so much
