Nurse pay in Jacksonville?

I was wondering what the average pay rate is in Jacksonville. I'm relocating in the next couple of months. I have 5 years experience. Thanks!

Does anyone know if Shands hires new grads to specialty areas through their new nurse fellowship? Whats the market like for new grads in general? I'm also a soon-to-be military spouse and a soon-to-be new grad (BSN). I'm an ED tech, completed an externship in a pediatric ED, and plan to do my Practicum in the NICU. I am involved in a lot of extracirriculars and have a 4.0 GPA. But I know at the end of the day, it will help me most if I know someone.

I have my heart set on peds, and I could have a job where I did my externship or possibly my practicum if I wanted it. So I will most likely only move if I can get a job in peds.
