I think you're on to something!! This makes alot of sense. I also think that each reviewer has their own caseload and some might be starting the process quicker than others, it seems each does it their own way which is why some statuses are not properly updated, some got credit checks or didn't, and some are getting the COIs ahead of time while some aren't.

(I spoke to a rep and she said the COIs already sent out were early)

You definitely have brought on a great point 🙌🏾🙌🏾

Still no credit pull here. I applied for both nurse corp and NHSC scholarships, applied for DNP FNP, strong community background and community recommendations.  Was told my applications are "still under rview" but I imagine if we don't have a credit pull by this coming weekend, we are probably out.

NOOOOO THIS IS GOOD! That means you're in the final stages of review. Your reviewer may just have been a bit behind. I think each does it differently

Wait, I thought no credit check was a bad sign?

I think he thought that person got a credit pull today, but they did not. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Oooo my bad when they said "I haven't got my credit check till now" I thought it just came 🤦🏽‍♂️

But literally no telling what will happen in the next few days, the suspense is killing me 😭

I just called and they said my application is "under final review" and my status online is "under review." I got a credit pull in August 19 through Experian. I have something in collections from Target that is under Experian but not under Transunion or Equifax and it was only 11 dollars that I am disputing! To my luck HRSA uses Experian. Im probably going to call again because the person I spoke to said there is no way they can see if my application has any deficiencies or anything missing. I previously did the Nurse Corps program in 2019 and completed it forwards my BSN and now I applied for my FNP. Praying for us to hear back by next Monday!

Good morning! Your Target collections shouldn't affect you.  I have collections for Comcast and some appliances that I never even had (identity theft that I'm still fighting) and I was still awarded.  Best of luck!

Wow it must depends on who you speak to. I was told that there were no abnormalities on mine. I feel like they should be able to tell you stuff like that! More people should reach out to see if their credit was pulled as well.

Do you mean under final review as in getting COI? did you get a COI? I wonder if I should call. I got a credit check and am still under review on the portal

Hi there.  If it helps, I have never been a recipient, no healthcare background, but I have a negative SAI and from disadvantaged background such as growing up in an underserved community and first generation. I was awarded last week. I pray the rest of you hear some positive news soon.

Did you fill out the disadvantaged forms?
