Nurse Corps Loan Repayment 2016 Cycle

Hello All,

I am applying for the nurse corps loan repayment program 2016 cycle, I just spoke to a representative who told me the application cycle opens up tomorrow. For those of you who have applied any tips advice etc.? I am very excited about this opportunity because I have an outrageous amount of loans.

Also got a credit check on 4/19 from CredCo. No change in status. Still says "under review"

Same here....Credco on Equifax on 4/18. App still says under review.

This is my second time applying... I've spent hours on these forums in the past. Credco has always been the company HRSA uses. Last year I applied and never received a credit check. This year thankfully I did. From what I've seen 90% if not all those who have a credit check get the award. Again, this is an opinion coming from what I've seen in countless forums on here.

I believe liens, defaults, judgements and to verify the loans you submitted

first time applying. Not sure. I think this is the first round of approvals. Not sure when we will get the email. Maybe someone else can chime in.

I got a credit check last year and didn't get the loan. I also got a credit check on April 19th. Hoping I get it this year.

Are you an RN NP or faculty and what is facility score and DTI ratio?
