You need years and years of ICU experience to even get your application to a CRNA program looked at let alone get into any of the programs. If you are lucky enough to get in you have 3 to 4 years of intense study and if you complete that you'll be awarded either an MSN or DNP depending on the program. Then you'll get to sit for the national certifying exam.

OP did not mention CRNA. She's talking about aesthetician.
OP, look for plastic surgery ads and apply to those practices. I have heard of new grads entering into this role without any experience.

Does anyone know anything about nurse aesthetician's, how to get into that specialty ect. Since I'm having such trouble trying to get a job in a hospital, this specialty looked interesting, not the direction I thought I would go, but it could be fun, and defiantly have better hours! Any info would be helpful. Thanks
